On the journey of recovery and self-improvement, staying motivated can be tough. A great way to keep going is by filling our cup with things that brings us joy and satisfaction. Spend time with positive people, do hobbies you love, remember happy memories, and set meaningful goals. These things can make you stronger and help you keep going even when times are hard. By focusing on these positive parts of our life, we create a supportive and enriching environment that keeps us motivated and moving
