Quick Articulation Screener
Quick articulation screener for pre-k through 3rd grade. Includes space for 50 word speech intelligibility sample (just add + or - for intelligible vs. unintelligible word) and box for language/speech sample to write down spontaneous phrases. Pro tip: Laminate the screener stimulus page and you only need copies of the scoring sheet for each client. :)
