In my 11 years experience, I have taught 2nd, 5th, 6th, Reading Intervention (k-5), been an Instructional Coach, STEAM/Makerspace teacher (tk-5) and mentor to pre-service teachers. As a firm believer that all students deserve a top-notch education, I have always chosen to teach in Title I schools. My students have been diverse in race, socioeconomic status, and cognitive ability. I have taught in southern California (Los Alamitos, Long Beach, Compton, and South Gate), Phoenix, Arizona, and Dallas, Texas.
