This is an organization item I use during Reading Workshop. While I am working in small groups, my other students move through the Reading Workshop checklist. They know exactly what they can do each week and what to do if they finish early. You can edit this form to meet your needs. Usually I go over it with my students on Monday and then collect them on Friday. You could easily make it work for two weeks at a time.
