I created this product to help my junior high special education students. We use it on random paragraphs from different texts. We also use it to highlight our own paragraphs that they write. It is helping them to become better writers. However, it is a product that will work in the general education, setting as well.
This is a modified rubric for Among the Hidden by Margaret Peterson Haddix for Special Education. The student could see their expectations and easily work towards meeting them.
Editable resource to track daily assignments. It simplifies things for the students/parents AND makes space on your bulletin board! I present it on the board at the end of the day for students to write their work down. I then sign off that it matches what is on the slide!
Printable Reward Cards for use with PBIS or other reward systems. All are non-monetary rewards. I print on colored cardstock and it is easy rewards to put in my PBIS store. Good for grades K-12
This has all 10 Fry word lists and All Fry Word Phrases in an easy to grade format. The format is preset, but you can adapt to meet your own needs. I highlight the words the student needs to read in my Google Sheet and give the student a copy of the words highlighted. This has been simple and painless for me this year to track for IEPs!
I have students that needed a resource like this to have a different way of learning the month of the year. This helps learning how to organize them and the placement order of the months.
Something to get the kids working in partners and learning at the same time. My suggestions: Let them use a dictionary! When everyone is finished~~ you could have them call out and the group that has the most different "win".
This is a sheet that can be printed multiple times on colored paper or whatever as a tool for your student to see what they missed that particular day when absent.
I needed something on the simple side for students to practice their address/phone number for end of quarter testing. I hope this helps your students as much as it has mine!
The student can write each number name up to twenty 1 time per box. Perfect for daily practice. There is an additional 10s page and a matching 10s page.
