This is a mad lib activity for the holiday season for Spanish class. It can be used in intermediate levels. Students fill out the list of parts of speech and then go and fill in the story with their selections. I usually have them do it on the google slide (they make a copy) and add it to the show so we can read the stories together as a class.
This activity is a great interpretive reading for Avancemos 2 students. Students read the text (included after the worksheet) and then complete the graphic organizer and drawings to demonstrate their understanding and takeaway of the vocabulary for Unit 4 Lesson 1 in context. Then, they draw a picture with speech bubbles to illustrate their takeaway of the story with a description in Spanish. There is a basic rubric included but you can adapt any interpretive rubric to suit this assignment.

This is very scaffolded and offers a strong structure for students to have a foundation in asking and answering questions in complete sentences.
