If you're anything like me, you're frustrated by the sheer amount of vocabulary that you have to teach each and every week in order to meet the standards. I use this template in my Spanish interactive notebooks to get 20 vocabulary words per page. It's a simple product with dotted lines for cutting. It is editable if you want to fill in some information for the students. This is a simple worksheet that has students replace Direct and Indirect Objects with DOPs and IOPs and then has them translate them to practice the differences between objects and object pronouns. This was made for En Español II, food unit.

This set of notes was created for En Espanol II, Unidad 1, Etapa 3. It bullet point lists the main ideas of stem-changers and spelling changers in the preterit tense. It also has charts for each of the verbs and small practice sections. Verbs included: competir, dormir, pedir, preferir, repetir, servir, creer, leer, oir. It utilizes "sandal" verb vocabulary.

This lesson works with Picasso's Guernica and has been paired to work with Unidad 1, Etapa 2 of En Espanol, however it is great for Spanish art, art vocabulary, and irregular preterit verbs.

This game works just like real connect 4, except students will need to conjugate the verb for the subject given for each bubble. This version was created for En Espanol II, Unidad 1, Etapa 1 vocab and grammar (imperfect tense) but is editable as a .doc for all tenses and levels. I will laminate the boards to play several times.

This activity was created to go along with Así se dice level 2, chapter 2: En el tren. Students simply write the number of the translation at the bottom in the appropriate box. Then, when they add up all rows and columns, it should equal the same "magic number."

This is a game aimed at having students practice saying the date (including various months). The student will roll the die, and move that many spaces. They will do what the space instructs or just say the date if there are no instructions.

This worksheet was designed to be used with Así se dice level 1, Leccion Preliminar D: Finding Out the Price. It walks students through asking for and stating the price of certain items. Then, it gives a simple menu and asks simple pricing questions.

This worksheet was created as a companion to En Español II, Unidad 2, Etapa 3 grammar for Inirect Object Pronouns. It has students condense sentences as well as translate them.

This game uses common Car, Gar, Zar verbs to play go fish with preterit conjugations and English translations. It can also be used to play memory.

This project has students use their sports vocabulary to dub over a video of their choosing! It is in a word file so that you can edit it to your needs. It is made for Asi se dice but can be used with any textbook series that has a sports unit.

This scaffolded activity has students walking around and finding people that did a certain thing as a child. It also has a writing and additional speaking extension. All directions are included on the sheet. Made for En Espanol II, Unidad 1, Etapa 1--"De Nino"

These notes are great to use in advanced classes of level 3 or in level 4 to review the regular preterite tense. It goes through the basics of the tense with a practice on the back.
