Each page has a subjunctive phrase or "real world" example of the subjunctive mood. Students rotate around the room with a partner and discuss the questions on the sheets. This is a great way to get students up and moving and talking in Spanish! There are 15 pages each with a different subjunctive phrase.

Students will conjugate 50 verbs in the irregular preterite. Then they will color based on the category the verb belongs to: J-stems, U/I-Stems, Car/Gar/Zar, Sole, I-Y, Shorties (ser, ir, dar, ver). The picture features a fall scarecrow.

I created this choice board based on things my students said they wanted to learn about. There are 5 categories (Sports, Food, Travel, School, Misc.) and 3 rows for means of production (Read - mainly online articles, Listen - YouTube videos, Produce - including templates). I had my students choose one activity from the Read, Listen, and Produce rows. This even includes a Reflect portion at the end of the activity!

Two activities to explore the art and life of Frida Kahlo. Activity #1 - Name, Describe, Interpret Students will look at her painting Self-Portrait with Thorn Necklace and Hummingbird and name/describe what they see, and interpret the artist's message.
