This digital "All About Me" activity also contains a blank form to print out. Students can attempt the more advanced digital version at the beginning of a school year and then showcase growth at the end of the year. You purchase includes the digital template, a blank form to print out and a form with specific instructions for each part of the digital copy. I have included comments in the digital template to assist you.
