I taught for 5 years in grades K–5 at a nonprofit boarding school serving abused, abandoned, and neglected children. During that time, I gained experience working with students from a wide range of academic and emotional backgrounds—and in my final year, I taught all grades (K through 5) simultaneously in one classroom… yes, it was just as wild as it sounds!
Since stepping away from the classroom, I’ve embraced the stay-at-home mom life and had the joy of teaching my own child to read—a whole new kind of rewarding! I've used the very resources I create and sell to support her summer learning and keep her growing between grades. Seeing how these materials helped build her confidence and curiosity has made me even more passionate about designing tools that work in real homes and classrooms alike.

My teaching style blends practicality with a touch of playfulness.
