If you have a student who uses the Zone of Regulation, this is great for tracking how often they fall into each zone. Every day when my student comes into class and checks in, they color the graph to indicate how they feel that morning. At the end of the month, I total the percentages for the month and review previous ones to calculate the year-to-date percentages. Parents love seeing the visual.

These can be used in a variety of ways, but the reason I designed these was to write behavior reminders. I put a "Be Statement" on the wings and examples of showing that behavior on each stripe. An example would be writing Be on one wing and Responsible on the other wing with stripes saying "have materials ready," "charge Chromebook," "use time wisely," and "complete your work."
