I have been watching kids since I was in middle school. In high school and into college I worked at a daycare. I student taught Kindergarten and 4th grade. Half of the 4th graders had some sort of special needs. Once I earned my degree I worked as a substitute for 2 and a half years including a long term sub position for 1st Grade.
