About the store
I have been in the Education field for 15+ years. I have taught preschool, kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades. I have had the opportunity to step outside of the classroom as a K-2 Literacy Specialist/Reading Coach and now provide Reading Intervention for grades K-5. Besides teaching, I also love to be creative, therefore I put the two together and here I am! Creating resources to support my passion for teaching.

2-Digit Addition Compensation Work Mat
Use front and back of this work mat to help students understand the compensation strategy for addition. This can be printed front and back and then laminated or put in sheet protectors to use with dry erase markers :) Explanation of use:On page 1, students draw/manipulate base ten blocks.
