About the store
Hello! I have been lucky enough to teach 5th and 6th grade math over the course of the past two years! I am also currently studying Curriculum and Instructional Design and I love to apply that to the products that I make.
I have received the second highest test scores in the state where I most recently taught - and love to take a practical approach to creating material.
Although I have worked a lot with upper elementary students, I also enjoy the fundamentals of math education. I am currently exploring more on how to build strong mathematicians from an early age!

Number Sense Game of War
Choose and print off the cards you want your learners to use in order to build their number sense! Learners will play a number sense game of "war", where the learner with the larger number wins both cards. The first one to get all cards wins! This includes: Ten frames and Twenty Frames in various forms, numbers, written numbers, and tally marks. Teaching style
I have a very practical, no frills, not too much fuss approach to math problem solving. I love to give practical, real life problems for my students to solve. I also don't mind if they struggle a bit. : ) I think perseverance is the key to problem solving and work just as hard at expanding minds as I do hitting math standards.
