Structured Literacy Resources for Real Classrooms | I am a certified K–6 educator with classroom experience in Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade. I currently teach First Grade in Texas, where I focus on structured literacy, writing development, and foundational reading skills aligned to the Science of Reading and Texas TEKS standards.
This store is a growing collection of classroom-tested resources I have created and refined in my own classroom. Rather than rushing to post large quantities of materials, I am intentionally building a structured library of high-quality, practical tools that teachers can use immediately.

Teaching style
My teaching style is structured, intentional, and student-centered. I believe in clear learning objectives, explicit instruction, and purposeful practice. Strong literacy and writing instruction must be systematic, engaging, and aligned to standards.
In my classroom, routines matter. Expectations are high. Students are supported and challenged. I focus on building foundational skills through direct instruction, meaningful repetition, and opportunities for independent application.
I design resources that reflect this same philosophy — practical, clear, and built for real classroom use.

My own education history
I hold a Master’s degree in the Art of Teaching and am a Texas certified teacher for grades K–6. I am also ESL certified. My professional focus centers on foundational literacy, phonics instruction, writing development, and research-based reading practices aligned with the Science of Reading.
