I am a National Board Certified Teacher with 23 years of experience in education, specializing in mathematics. Throughout my career in Florida, I have dedicated myself to fostering a deep understanding of mathematics among my students. As a National Board Certified Teacher, I have demonstrated a commitment to achieving high standards of teaching and learning. This certification reflects my expertise and effectiveness in the classroom, as well as my ability to positively impact student outcomes. In addition to classroom teaching, I serve as a Reader for the College Board's AP Statistics exam. This role not only keeps me abreast of the latest developments in statistics education but also allows me to contribute to the national dialogue on academic standards and assessment. At my school, I am honored to hold the position of Department Chair for Mathematics.
