These cards are the perfect way to get to know people in an outside-of-the-box kind of way! Most questions could work for students, too, but they were made with staff and coworkers in mind. To use as "speed dating": Split the group in half. One half of the group will have a card from the pile. The person they are partnered with should be across from them. Once the timer is set (one minute is perfect! ), ask your partner the question. Make sure you answer it yourself, too! Once the time goes off
Allow students to set goals for their summer breaks! Lists include what they hope to read, what they'd like to do, what they'd like to learn, and what they want to play. Feel free to send it home with the kiddos or display their work in the hallway!
