STEAMY TEACHY

This is a simplified version of the Engineering and Design process. It could be a handout or poster, you could also just use the PDF in a Google Slides document or similar slideshow for your students. I've included visuals for language learners and/or struggling readers.

Students choose and test four pieces of candy to test whether or not they float! Students should unwrap candy and then test. This is a follow up worksheet that can be done as a group or independently. Ideally this works best for Halloween or fun sized candy.
