Geometry SmartBoard Lesson: Lines, Angles, Polygons, Quadrilaterals
The SmartBoard lesson teaches about lines, angles, and shapes. It teachers polygons and types of polygons. It also includes quadrilaterals and types of quadrilaterals. This includes a frayer model of definitions, characteristics, examples and non-examples. It also teaches concepts such as similar, congruent, and symmetry.

Teaching style
I teach using inquiry based methods. I hope to have my students construct their own knowledge. As students construct knowledge, they have a better and deeper understanding of that knowledge.
I tend to teach using technology such as the SmartBoard and more recently piloting iPads.
