STEM in Sixth

Great hands on STEM activity for physical science unit, focusing on kinetic and potential energy. Activity guides students to create 4 roller coasters. Students should work in groups for this activity (I'd suggest groups of 3 or 4). Project can be done in 2 or 3 45-minute classes. 1st day is explain the project and start building, day 2 and 3 continue building with time for reflection at the end of day 3.
