STEM Learning Store

A great activity when talking about trans fats and their impact on human health. The students will read an article published on NCBI, followed by answering a set of questions requiring them to form arguments and support their arguments using evidence. They will then analyze a data set, graph that data set, and answer a set of interpretation questions based on the data. They will then use the information learned throughout the activity to form their own argument.
