A set of 4 worksheets with answer keys I use to cover the essentials of the Ideal Mechanical Advantage of several Simple Machines. Teaching style
I was educated as a scientist. I fell into teaching when the incompatibility of studying black bears for months on end in the Everglades and a successful marriage hit me.
I (correctly) chose the wife...
So my students "do" stuff instead of listening to me.
When they have to read, I make sure it's something worth reading.
When they have to write, I make sure they know it's worth writing...
When they sit in front of a computer, they're going to be entertained AND educated.
Never did get the hang of "busy work".
