This can be used as a worksheet or pre and post assessment. There are 10 words for students to divide into syllables. For additional data, you can have the students individually read these 4th grade level words to you.

This quick assessment can be used as a pre and post test for the 4th grade Common Core Language standard L.4.1. Students must use the relative pronouns and adverbs in the word box to fit each sentence correctly.

Students can use the 2 different sets of prime and composite numbers to separate into 2 columns. They can then write their answers on the recording sheet to turn in. This can be used as a partner activity or task cards center for reinforcement of the standard.

Fourth grade students will have to create their own sentences using the verb tenses listed to show mastery of this standard. This test is able to be reused until students can master the standard.
