In this STEAM interdisciplinary project, 2nd grade scholars will explore how living things grow and change by learning about life cycles. Using the Engineering Design Process (Ask, Imagine, Plan, Create, Improve), students will design and build a protective model that helps an animal or plant during a stage of its life cycle. This hands-on PBL blends science, math, engineering, and art to deepen understanding of life cycles while fostering problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork.
