Teach your students to write monetary amounts using the dollar sign and a decimal point.
Students will practice counting and identifying coins, writing cents using a cent symbol, writing money amounts using a dollar sign and decimal point, and reading amounts that are written with a dollar sign and decimal point.
1 anchor chart and 6 different worksheets (2 for each level- on 2nd grade level, below 2nd grade level, and above 2nd grade level)
Use this activity to have your kids practice their time AND money skills. One activity- two concepts! Show students how skip counting by 5's and 10's can be applied to clocks and to counting money. Differentiated to include 3 different levels!
