I've spent 10 years as a traditional classroom teacher for K-8 Technology and running the IT Department at my school.
I then moved into the private sector and have spent the past 7 years teaching students K-12 about Natural History and Fossils through the promotion of Conservation and Protection.
In this STEM rich lesson, students work collaboratively to:
- Develop Mission Objectives
- Build A Spacecraft that is capable of launching to Mercury
- Design Mission Patches
Duration: 3 Class Periods (at minimum)
