About the store

We have a combined 26 years of teaching experience in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th and most recently as STEM teachers. We both helped start and build the STEM programs in each of our school districts and we work with teachers, school districts, after school programs, summers camps, and private companies in building STEM curriculum and training their teachers.

Lunar Landers: An NGSS-Aligned Engineering Project

Help students explore gravitational forces through this hands-on engineering challenge. Students can complete this project individually, in pairs, or in teams. We have done this project with materials in class and also as an at-home project. Both work great! The mission is to create a lunar lander that will protect the cargo onboard (an egg) and keep it crack-free.
