Help students explore gravitational forces through this hands-on engineering challenge. Students can complete this project individually, in pairs, or in teams. We have done this project with materials in class and also as an at-home project. Both work great! The mission is to create a lunar lander that will protect the cargo onboard (an egg) and keep it crack-free. Amy and May are identical twin sisters that have a passion for STEM, programming, and technology. Both part time teachers, part time STEM consultants/ curriculum developers, and full time moms.
