About the store
This is my 34th year of teaching and I'm still loving it! For the past 4 years I've done a combination of Technology Integration and STEM and my current position is a full time STEM educator for my school.
Prior to that I was the director of our reading remediation program for 2 years, and the remaining time has been teaching in varying grade levels K - 6th.

STEAM: Design Brief Engineering Around the World 2nd - 4th
2nd - 4th graders explore STEAM principles while exploring and building structures from around the world. Students will see the structures with descriptions; be exposed to geography skills by finding the locations of those structures on a class map; build their own structure; and fill out a design brief showing their finished structure and rating both the structure and themselves.

Kindergarteners and 1st graders explore STEAM principles while exploring and building structures from around the world. Students will see the structures with descriptions; be exposed to geography skills by finding the locations of those structures on a class map with the help of an adult; build their own structure; and fill out a design brief showing their finished structure and its measurements with non-standard measurements using Unifix cubes.
