Above the Board Sentence Punctuation Posters (Anchor Charts)

Perfect for 1st to 7th grade, my sentence punctuation posters are amazing for writing support. I've designed these to be in extremely student friendly language, so they can be used as anchor charts throughout my classroom. My current 2nd grade students even wanted me to upload these to Schoology so they can use them when writing in class and for homework. Why is this amazing? * Promotes academic independence * Colorful (but not overstimulating) classroom anchor charts * Only use what you ne

Whether you teach Pre-k, 6th, or even adult ESL/ELL, alphabet letter posters are just a staple in a classroom. I've designed these to have an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and picture that you can use as a drill sound for learning the sounds of our alphabet. My current 2nd grade students especially use the B, D, S, and Z posters to help them when writing and we even refer to these during phonics instruction. Teaching style

I love to teach with empathy but also with logic and responsibility. Every single part of our experience in front of students can be a teaching point, and I pride explaining reasoning to children so they can comprehend their own decisions and choices. I also love to be goofy with my students and decorate my classroom in a way that is cozy. The best thing my students have ever said to me this year is that they love coming to our classroom because it "feels like home."

Awards & shining teacher moments

I was handed a booger this year during morning meeting. I did not vom and kept my composure. A true award and shining teacher moment.
