I hold a bachelor’s degree and have spent over 10 years teaching children in a variety of settings. With training in the Orton-Gillingham approach and a strong foundation in the Science of Reading, I focus on helping students build real, lasting reading skills.
I’ve worked closely with homeschool families and hybrid programs, creating hands-on, flexible resources that meet learners where they are and help them grow with confidence.

Teaching style
My teaching style is fun, interactive, and hands-on. I believe children learn best when they are actively involved, so I design lessons that invite participation, movement, and exploration. When students engage with the material in meaningful ways, learning becomes both effective and enjoyable.
My own education history
I hold a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University and have completed training in the Orton-Gillingham approach to reading instruction. In addition to my formal education, I bring years of hands-on experience serving in children’s ministry, where I developed engaging, age-appropriate lessons that connect learning with faith and everyday life.
