7 years teaching EFL (English) abroad, and 4 years as a Middle School Science Teacher. I like to support development of academic language, and create hands-on/ manipulative materials for my students. I tend to create resources for struggling students in my middle school classroom, so some may be appropriate for higher elementary as well. Thanks for stopping by!
This coloring page outlines 4 different types of evidence of a chemical reaction. It can be used as a filler activity, extra credit, or review. My students keep this in their science notebook to help them review for tests/quizzes.
Students in my classroom use these signals to indicate common needs during the classroom, to minimize disruptions. Teach them at the beginning, and it will help all year!
I use these to motivate middle school students who want to sit next to their friends. They only work if you have an arranged seating chart for the class. They're a great PBIS incentive!
