This is a great resource to keep posted on student desks, folders, or blow up into a poster for your classroom. I myself printed them out and laminated them to place on students desks. Each student also got one to place in their math folders to reference when having discourse about math. Enjoy!
This sheet is a great way for students to reflect in their performance and help them set targeted goals for themselves! This should be given to them after a mid-unit quiz so they can set goals for their performance on a unit assessment. You can see on the second page, or like I use it: the back of the sheet, I provide the standard(s) being assessed and instead of setting a goal like "I will improve from 60% to 80% in standard 7.EE.B.4a by....." students should use the description and verbiage of
