Students choose a biome and an impact of humans card, which include types of pollution and industrialization (such as an oil spill or cutting down forests to build a shopping center). Then, they may discuss how the impact negatively or positively affects the biome. A worksheet is included to encourage more in-depth thought into each part of the biome that is impacted and space to draw before and after pictures of the biome.
Researching a time period or era in history can be daunting, but this research outline and organizer will help students break it down in a manageable way! Students will focus on six topics (each making a paragraph) that fit together to document a time in history.
