Photosynthesis Flow Chart

This worksheet is a graphic organizer where students list the 4 things required for the process of photosynthesis and the two products of photosynthesis. Great for a quick check after a lesson on photosynthesis. Plant clip art from google images.

Teaching style

Well my teaching style..... hmmm..... how to describe it..... well first I could best be described as being someone who has drunk a lot of red bull. I believe in being fully entertaining when I teach. This keeps my students actively engaged and it decreases negative behaviors. I also believe in being very energetic, encouraging, and enthusiastic when I teach. Each lesson I teach I strive to make as hands on as possible. I teach in standards based units. which I create and pull together on my own using a variety of resources. I believe in attacking the standards. If my skill for example is main idea, we work on it nonstop in several different ways until all my students reach mastery. I also utilize cold or fresh reads on all assessments I give which allows students to really show mastery of skills/standards because they are able to show that they can apply the skill to any text put in front of them.

My own education history

I attended Eastern Kentucky University and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I am in the process of working on my master's degree in educational leadership.
