This product includes student worksheets to be used in conjunction with 6 mini-experiments going through the Scientific Method. In addition, there are teacher instructions outlining how to administer the activity. This set of experiments will help to familiarize students with the Scientific Method. In each experiment, they will go through the Scientific Method in order to identify 5 mystery powders as well as a mixture of powders.

This menu choice board was created to give remotely in celebration of Earth Day/Earth Week, but could be used for any conservation/natural resources standards. Students will watch 4 videos including The Great Kapok Tree and One Plastic Bag and choose an assignment/activity from the appetizer section, the main course, and the dessert section. Once downloaded, you will be able to make your own copy so that you can modify it if desired.

This Google Slide presentation will give students reminders of strategies for dealing with conflict when working in collaborative groups. You will get a page with QR Codes that can be laminated and placed on tables for students to scan when conflict arises. This activity features a set of 3 STEM design challenges all centering around a simulated "Survivor" type competition. Students will get a letter introducing the competition, and 3 instructional challenge sheets outlining the constraints, criteria, and scoring guidelines for each. In addition, there is a score sheet for each challenge for teachers to use to keep track of the challenges.

This resource could be used as a chemical/physical changes worksheet or quiz.
