This Reader Stress Survey was developed to help teachers understand what Reading activities and expectations may cause student stress or anxiety. Once the teacher is aware of these stressors, interventions can be provided and strategies taught for the student to be mindful and to better manage the stress/anxiety . This form is the black and white simplified version and the enhanced RSS-S version.
