I love to hang photos of my students' accomplishments around the room! Bulletin boards with pictures of themselves, their peers, and past students always seem to attract the most attention, so I decided to make a bulletin board that tied a positive message into the mix! A great resource for your band or orchestra students when returning from a break! I recommend having students mark the dates for "Day 1, Day 2, etc" as well as which pieces or excepts they'll be focusing on in "Piece 1, Piece 2, etc" boxes. I earned my Bachelor of Music and Education from Syracuse University and my Master's in Music Education from Columbia University's Teacher's College.
Additional biographical information
As a fellow music educator, I certainly don’t claim to know everything there Is about being the perfect orchestra or music teacher. However, what I lack In perfection, I make up for in passion and enthusiasm. I have a lot of fun experimenting with new ways to stay organized and motivate my students, and I believe this excitement translates into the resources I create and offer on TPT.
