Rich Math Word Problems/Tasks
In math, we want our students to dig deeper and do more than just compute. We want them to analyze, explain, write, and apply skills in context. Rich Tasks/Non-Routine Problems are great to use either before a unit in order to assess current knowledge and strategies or after a unit in order to assess gained knowledge.
