Students assigning each other homework? Preposterous! While the idea may seem odd, this document will provide a structure for students collaborating in groups to self-assign and assess homework to be completed for a large group assignment. The students have to clearly record their individual assignments, and then have students check off their completion (or lack thereof) of their homework. An excellent way for students to learn to hold each other accountable and foster collaboration skills.
