Student Driven Teaching

I created this form to use when you want to let parents and students know where they stand frequently in all subjects and in behavior (class dojo). It's a Sign and Return form with a tear off on the bottom. I've also added a comment section on the back. Hope it works well! Happy Communicating!

I just had to find a way to hold my kids and their parents accountable to homework submission so I put together this little slip that you can use to have students write out why they don't have their homework. I pull these out at conferences and have been surprised at how effective it is when it comes to bringing parents, students, and teachers all together on the same page. Try it!
