This is a set of 24 brain break activities for upper elementary to middle school students. All brain breaks are on a circle with a corresponding circle that has a fire (energizing) or water droplet (relaxing) activity. You can cut out the activities and attach them to popsicle sticks so that students can easily choose an activity either on their own or when prompted.
