With a rich tapestry of 15 years in education, I have cultivated a diverse and extensive background. For over a decade, I served as a passionate English Language Arts teacher, specializing in 7th and 8th-grade classrooms, where I fostered the growth and development of both general education students and those identified as gifted and talented. My commitment to providing a dynamic and inclusive learning environment led to meaningful connections and academic achievements. Transitioning into a role as an instructional coach at an elementary school allowed me to share my expertise with fellow educators, supporting them in refining their teaching strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Outside of the school setting, I'm happily married to my husband Shawn, a brave firefighter. Together, we're raising two energetic boys who keep our home buzzing with excitement.
