As the Head Teacher at an English 학원 (hagwon) in South Korea, I oversee a team of six teachers, managing schedules, mentoring staff, and ensuring curriculum quality and alignment with institutional goals. I design and deliver engaging English lessons for a wide range of students, including PreK, KB, 1A, and special courses, while also providing one-on-one tutoring tailored to individual needs. In addition to teaching, I specialize in developing research-focused classes for ELL fourth and fifth graders, incorporating spelling and test-preparation strategies relevant to the Korean Middle School English exam.
