These task cards are intended to use for review for the 5th Grade Science SSA. Most of the questions were derived from the Science FCAT 2.0 test specs. There are 48 task cards in all. You can use them in a small group setting, or they could be projected and used for a whole group review. Each card addresses a specific standard that is printed on the bottom of each card. You can adjust your printer setting to choose your preference for printing. A student response sheet as well as an answer

This is a blank lab sheet that can be used for any lab in the elementary or even middle school level. Graphics are included to help students remember the scientific process. I like to use the same template throughout the year and gradually release each section to the students. This way by the end of the year, they can independently go through each and every step on their own.
