On top of creating rigorous, engaging content for your students, there are those unexpected days where you need a quick solution, whether due to an emergency or the need for a substitute teacher. My goal is to support teachers in these moments of need with ready-to-use materials. I provide a variety of resources designed specifically to ease your workload and meet classroom needs. Here's what you can find in my store: Classroom Notes: Comprehensive notes for daily lessons, tailored for different classroom dynamics, including independent learners. Videos: Instructional videos that accompany the notes. Perfect for days when you have a substitute or when you want to free up time in your own lessons to focus on student questions. Practice Problems: A collection of problems for reviewing and reinforcing material. Ideal for use in class, as homework, or as a substitute-friendly activity. Teaching style

In regards to my teaching style, I mainly use an exploration-based approach. However, I understand that many substitute teachers will find this challenging to implement if they do not have a strong background in Math. Thus, my substitute plans will focus on instruction that is more traditional.

Additional biographical information

I was born and raised in Montana and currently live in Virginia with my husband and son. I have taught integrated Math 1, PreCalculus, and Geometry. I love teaching and helping students to grasp the concepts behind the material.
