Experience

Teaching style

As a substitute, your style of teaching is often dictated by the regular classroom teacher but every good sub has a few tricks up their sleeve. Never ones to shy away from a little controlled chaos, we subs must be masters of much and prepared for anything.

My own education history

I joined the teaching ranks through the pandemic and a wish to help teachers who were working hard under immense stress. I didn't come from a teaching background but one of the arts. I studied theatre and design never realizing the path that I was on.
