This is the perfect movie to show your Math class! You can create several levels of Expressions to solve using the numbers from the movie from this editable template or just use the one I created. The students must watch and work simultaneously on the assignment or they can watch to fill in the missing numbers and then solve after the movie. It's great and the students LOVE it!

Students will enjoy this activity using Brach's Conversation Hearts Candy. They will sort the colors, calculate the fraction, decimal, percent and angle degree, then graph the data by constructing a circle graph. My 6th and 7th grade students LOVED this fun activity!
My 6th grade students really enjoyed the movie Big Hero 6 and watched intently to find the missing values for each expression. Included are 10 Order of Operations w/negatives and exponents. Perfectly aligned with 6th grade standards. The answer key for the variable values is included.
I created this for my lowest Math 6 learners to help them understand what a simple proportional relationship looks like. It help more than just my low learners!
