Experience

Teaching style

I try to make things relevant and obvious! My teaching style involves a combination of direct and inquiry based instruction methods that include embedded academic language supports. Clarity and focus are key. I believe in stripping away the unnecessary in order to make sure my students leave my class actually KNOWING important information and being able express that understanding in an educated way.
