About the store
Dr. Jacqueline Sund: Retired college professor in the field of design, I spent the last 6 years as a volunteer tutoring kindergarten and 1st graders. Horrified at the lack of attention to handwriting education in today's classrooms, I set about to design a more efficient way to both teach and learn this essential fine motor skill. Handwriting is a complex activity which contributes significantly to brain development and is directly related to both math and reading competence. We cannot afford to drop it from early education as it is quite foundational.

Alphabet Wall Cards with Numbers - Sunshine Script
Bold Sunshine Script alphabet and numbers 0-9 for P-K-1 classroom walls. Pictures are consonant/short-vowel/consonant as much as possible for early learning. Color, Black & White, and You-Color options are all included.
COLOR WALL CARDS
Format: 8.5 x 11, portrait, 36 pages. Vowels are in red. Pictures in the same basic colors that appear on student desk strips and Colors & Shapes materials.
Printing Instructions:
Print on card stock in color. Laminate if desired for more durable cards.

Dr. Sund holds a Doctorate of Education from Seattle University and taught at the University of Washington and Western Washington University.
