Super ELD

I used this to practice making inferences from Esperanza Rising. The specific task they were asked to do was to make inferences based on how various characters are responding to challenges using text evidence. This was done as a whole group activity to practice our skills. There are two pages technically to the document but the second page is blank.

Using the text Home of the Brave, students worked in groups after the mini-lesson to try making inferences with this passage. This could also work as an assessment or DOL at the end of the lesson.

I am using this for my language arts bulletin board.
